Bubble Christians

Jesus is Our Lord and Savior
If you walk our walk, and talk our talk
Salvation and heavenly eternity will be yours

Well honey Jesus is my savior also
And let me be the one to burst your bubble
There is more to creation than the Sunday shuffle

I read the Bible and go to Sunday school
But there is so much more to learn
So please don't be fooled

People living on the streets could teach you a thing or two
Salvation isn't just for the pious few
The needy and the poor love Jesus too

You all have done your best to raise perfect families
Teach them the golden rules
But do any of you realize what's going on in your schools?

Even in the best of institutions
Where political correctness is their only solution
Your children's souls are dying from this kind of pollution

So Yea for you if everything good comes your way
But what if challenges and heartbreak came at you daily
Would you be quick to judge or look away in dismay?

When you've lived through hell and your soul yearns to be free
That's when you learn judgement isn't up to you or me
Honey that soul's future only God alone can see.

So before you present yourself as a pious role model
Let your pride fall, and let humility and love rise
These are tender Christian souls that are just learning to toddle

Jesus is their Lord and Savior
Walk a mile in their walk, and understand their talk
Then eternal salvation will belong to all who live in God's favor!
