Does this make me a Christian?

I go to church on Sunday mornings
I greet my friends and sit in a pew
Sometimes I read to the congregation
From the Old Testament and also from the New
I sing songs and donate my money
Sometimes I receive Communion and afterwards leave my pew

I get a cup of tea and catch up on everyone's life
Sometimes people offer me friendship and and sometimes words of advice
Sometimes my spirit is fed by the sermon
Other times its fed by friends sharing our struggles we have in common
I sometimes stay for bible study then I go to choir practice
Where I stay and sing for the second service

I figure if my spirits are lighter than when I went in
That the trip to church is where I should have been
But does that really make me a Christian who struggles with sin?
You bet it does, and I'll do it again and again
Until the end of my days here on earth
I'll go to church for all that it's worth!

I know that I take what I've learned to the world
Through words and actions like a flag unfurled
Like a flag sometimes I fly and sometimes I flutter
Sometimes I flop and grumble and mutter
But in the end to my soul and spirit be true
Salvation's from God not just for me but for you
